Really enjoyed the course today, learnt a lot about deescalating behaviour and how to use this in practice, this will help with patients and their parents

Really informative course, particularly the arousal curve which I feel I can now take confidently to assessments and parent sessions. Lots of anecdotes which helped give context without drawing it out, really good positive pace to session. Kirstie was lovely :)
