It has been useful to remind myself of why people get angry I think I can take some of the ideas into work - for example using a hook to distract Some of the ideas of take extra time don’t always work in A&E Not sure it can be used when there is 12 angry people asking the same thing however looking at why they are angry there maybe something I can do to begin to deescalate something Trainer Ben was engaging and I will be back for day 2

Ben is a very relatable trainer. He obviously understands the challenges facing NHS staff. The training was very relevant and useful. I hope I'll be able to attend day 2 and I'd love to attend day 3 too, but I'm not sure I'll be allowed to as I think it's only A&E staff.
