Kirstie is passionate about her training and this shows in how she delivers the course. I have learnt a lot about PBS and I plan to use it to implement support plans for the patients in my care

I have learnt a lot from this course and it was delivered very well. I will take away from this course new ways in how to deal with colleagues who display potentially difficult behaviours and will make me think more about the reasons as to why they may be showing those behaviours and how to then address them if required.Response : Hi Elen. Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you found the course well delivered and that it supported reflection on understanding behaviours and how to respond to them. We hope that attending the course will further support you in your role.
