Technical issues aside I found this a useful session, with some good outcomes for me personally.

The course structure and pace were good. Esther was excellent, engaging, knowledgeable and inclusive. Unfortunately she was let down by a series of tech issues. I do not think that Zoom is a very stable platform for online workshops and that Teams may have been better. The lunch break was an hour which I needed but wasn't able to fit in both the TED talk and exercise at lunch time with dog walking, making and eating lunch! frequent 5 min breaks were appreciated.

Sometimes the content can feel a bit rose tinted not always suited to reality of the work But there has been food for thought . I will use some of the strategies

A very insightful session, some overlap with things I've covered before but the soft approach and interest, engaging and understanding between participants made things instinctive

Great course, content, and trainer. It went really quickly and everyone got involved from how interactive it was. Rachel got discussions going for us to all reflect.

Ben's training was informative, stimulating, well paced, and fun. He answered questions thoughtfully and picked up on themes well.
