very well faciliated and a great mix of ways to communicate and share the training.

Facilitator was one of the best I've even seen at involving people, none of that ridiculous 'ooOOoooOO - I'm going to have to start picking on you' nonsense, literally just straight in - calling on people - with the assumption that of course we would want to engage. Adult ego state! It was a great session and I'm looking forward to the next one, really enjoyed meeting all my colleagues too (the Library is so vast I literally only knew one other person on the call). I would really like a session tailored session that drilled specifically into my situation as a manager and team - I understand that would be beyond the scope of a workshop, but maybe that is something Happy could consider as another offering (or already does).

Good and useful training session

Good, I am happy with the training.

I loved the fact we had practical examples that we could apply, rather than just telling us about leadership styles.

I have learned a lot from today's session that can be applied to my everyday work as well as to my team. This session made me reflect more, have that self-awareness and be mindful and include others.
