Useful session, lots of practical tools we can all use and it's helpful to have the time to practice using the tools too. I'd thought of personal examples in the critical conversations bit which weren't appropriate to share in the group exercise so maybe a heads-up that we'd be sharing them would be good so I could come up with a different example.
