Matt from ImpactTrust was just fabulous. Excellent speaker and i found so much relevant in this approach for the private sector as well. For me this topic CSR is completely new. I feel like a learned a lot and that actually we're doing more than I thought in regards to this, but we lack an overarching policy to tie it all together.

Great session. Although lots in it is never feels rushed and the conversations are always handled sensitively

It was really good and practical training which I feel I could really use which is often not the case with training courses. However I feel like we need to have a day when we take a current project we are working on and work, with the trainer, to plan it and work through all the processes.

I was grateful to Ed for making sure all were up to speed and tailoring the course to the needs of the audience.

Another great session from Happy! The facilitator does a fantastic job at creating an inclusive group where everyone can contribute. Each theory is always followed with how to implement it and opportunities to practice. I also love that the facilitator models the behaviours being taught every step of the way!

Quite a difficult part of the course that was explained very clearly by Paul. I think up to now this has been the most challenging yet interesting section.

Natalie is a great facilitator and trainer. Natalie goes at a good pace for everyone and is extremely thoughtful and respectful in her responses and conversation. I feel at ease talking with Natalie about some big heavy topics - thank you!

I really enjoyed today and felt I learnt a lot. I felt the facilitator Natalie did an excellent job at staying in tune with how everyone was doing and providing a safe space.

Very thought provoking, trainer touched very challenging topics sensitively. Encouraging participation and gives time.
