I really enjoyed the course and learnt a great deal, the trainer was extremely helpful, patient and accommodating.

I thought that doing sheets training might be dry, but Sal was AMAZING. At first it was daunting for it to be so interactive, but I was put at ease and really put my skills into practice. I couldn't have asked for a more engaging facilitator - thank you so much!

Great training that was very involved and got us thinking about how we can change our work styles to benefit us the most.

I managed to follow what was being covered even though I'm hopeless with I.T. The facilitator was excellent at spotting when I was struggling and diplomatic in the way she assisted me until I could show I understood.

Could definitely do a second day on this.
