great pace for me personally.

A very good session, we covered lots of different ways of interacting. Great interaction from the group and using all of the tools to get learners engaged. Would have liked a bit longer in breakout rooms to discuss the questions with other people on the call. I appreciate this was a demonstration rather than an actual session.

Might be good to have the tips document ahead of time and ask people to have a go at some practical exercises before the training

Was a little rushed and would have liked a few minutes at the start to understand what was happening. But the training was really useful and informative and was good participating with others in groups

Pat is a fantastic facilitator and holds the sessions sensitively and always to the trainee's benefit. I have felt in each session that great care is taken over understanding and clarity. I've picked up an awful lot in little time, and am very grateful for the teaching.

Another excellent course from Pat. Perfect pace for me, and incredibly clear explanations. I usually find IT courses a little stressful but this was great.
