Gill was a superb trainer, very easy to relate to and understand and more than happy to go back over things if we didn't quite understand. All carried out with a smile on her face and a 'happy' disposition. Excellent!

It's not my first coaching course but it's now my favourite. It arms with strong fundamentals, gives opportunities for practice and for me it has helped take the skills that little bit further. I must add that facilitation was absolutely impeccable.
