Great training! - engaging and interactive

Very useful session, particularly when we have not had the same opportunities to run groups during Covid. Very excited and motivated to get planning and delivering!!

Brilliant training session with lots of space for engagement and sharing of ideas. facilitation was brilliant, with focus on practitioner input making it relevant to our role. Great to come away from a training session with ideas which can be practically implemented.

Great session, very engaging and valued the chance to reflect with colleagues. I did find 3 hours too long to sit still and was quite restless by the end!

Ebe was a great trainer, friendly and approachable. She was great at adapting her pace to make sure I had understood each section before moving on. I liked the way the course covered such a wide range of features of Word which it is easy to miss in the heat of simply trying to get things done, and shows clearly how they can make your life a lot easier once you can use them effectively.

The content and delivery were perfect for me and my learning objectives. The trainer was very good at explaining everything, happy to answer questions and made it very interactive which is how I like to learn.

The use of tech and posting links in the chat was great, thanks for making everything so freely available to take away. I also enjoyed the group size, both in the room and in break out groups. The break out groups were well timed and had clear instruction.
