Sal was great - managed to be warm & friendly on a video link and tried to involve everyone. She was very clear when explaining things. I would think that ten might be too many people on the course - we had just five today.

I was the only person on the course and the facilitator did a great job of adapting the training to my personal objectives.

This course was really useful. There were so many new things I learned but also quite a few that I knew somewhere in the back of my mind but it was good to hear why we should practice them more. The tools are relevant for not only managers but also in day to day work.

At some times it was a little quick but otherwise very enjoyable. I will be able to bring the soft skills in to my daily life and have positive conversations with people around me
