Good first session, with a good mix of people and a manageable format.

It was great course with getting to know others in the group and interact. However, the initial date for this course was set to be 5th of Feb, and this was changed to 7th Feb for some reasons, which clashed with other conference that my Colleague and I had to tend and travel to Manchester. It was a stressful situation and unpleasant experience for both of us. We struggled to log in but there was technical issues on the microphone in which we can not hear the facilitator's presentations. Thus made us to miss out with some of the interaction sessions.

Overall, this course was a valuable investment in personal and professional development, empowering participants to lead with confidence, identify the areas for growth and improvement.
