After a year+ of covid, I likely have lost some level of ability to talk to other people outside my immediate circles. This training not only brushes people up on their communication skills but reminds them that we are all human, likely making similar mistakes in both conversations and with the assumptions we have

-You were really welcoming and positive, thank you! Also very good at remembering our names and comments we had made; acknowledging every message in chat -Really interactive session despite being online (i.e. use of breakrooms, whiteboard, live role play as a team) -Very well timed (although strange at first, the countdown helped me come back on time) -You drew on your own examples from family/work which was great and helpful -Sharing relevant research in response to comments we made i.e. email senders/readers rating tone of email

Nicky was a wonderful lead for the training. It felt relaxed and went at a good pace, but remained focused. I also felt that the examples Nicky used were really helpful and interesting. I dont think that we were a particularly 'lively' group and not many of us stepped forward for the 'role play' elements, but i felt that everyone was engaged during the day, and the breakout rooms were excellent at keeping short and focused tasks on track without feeling like you were put on the spot. A really useful day, thank you.

Excellent- very appreciative of the support from Christine before the training and during the course itself. Brilliant facilitator for us-can't be easy doing training when everyone on the course is also a trainer.Course admin also excellent-nothing was a problem. Thank you very much, folks.

It was really good to be able to share my screen when I had issues or came across an error.

I think Serena did a great job, particularly in upskilling some of the members of the call who were experiencing Power BI for the first time. As I'd had a bit of an opportunity to investigate Power BI on my own previously, it was a little slow at times for me but I understood the aims of the event was for everyone and was really impressed with how much people took in during the day.

Excellent training course, taken at the right pace and I now have a greater understanding of what Power BI can deliver

Pat is great at making difficult, otherwise headache-y, excel functions easy to access and to understand. I ended the session feeling confident, and as if I had good comprehension of nested logical functions.
