It was very refreshing to be part of such an interactive training session. This was particularly important since the course was online. So many training courses are just being 'talked at' and endless slides. The variety of interactive methods used kept the whole group engaged throughout which is a difficult task.

Thank you so much. This has given me a basis I can work with. A lot different from the military approach I endured for 22 years.(Not used in civilian life of course).

Nick is a fantastic trainer who tailors any training to the participants in the room at the time. He is very accommodating and knows how to get the most important points across

The session as good and Paul handled the breakout rooms not working very well, and readapted the session. There was a good mix of practical advice, which is exactly what I was hoping to get out of the session.

Facilitator very calm and encouraged contribution from the team. Very effective at allowing natural flow of conversation. Responded well to cues from discussions and moved on to discuss giving feedback, which was very effective method
