This is a good introductory course into Visio, suitable for a mix skilled group. The technology used to deliver the course worked well, and the exercises were well planned.

A fantastic course it has really given me some food for thought and given me a new energy and excitement for group facilitation. The facilitator was fantastic and pitched the session at a great pace with lots of very useful resoures.

I think I have been really lucky to have 121 training and this has been really great in terms of making the training tailored to exactly what I need. Edmund has been really friendly and helpful and I've appreciated the extra time he has taken to answer specific questions and find solutions the problems that I have with some of my worksheets.
