A really helpful course covering essential Microsoft features in a way that was supportive and challenging. Presenter made sure all were engaged and those at differing abilities al learned something useful and managed to present sometimes very basic information in a way that was never close to patronising or tedious - as well as accommodating patiently and in a very friendly manner large amounts of IT ignorance from me

It has been a fantastic course, i knew some of the theories and topics from previous training historically, but it was great to revisit them and it was presented very well. it always good to go back and reflect..

Thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the course and has definately given exercises I can use with My TL's and teams I look after. I feel more confident as a leader.

I have found the course enjoyable, interactive and fun. Really good revision in some areas and learning theories/strategies I have not come across before. I have gained better insight about myself as a manager and consequently what to build on.

Really good and Nick used real world examples

I really enjoyed the course and thought Paul was an excellent facilitator - he has a great way of encouraging the group to talk without putting people on the spot or creating pressure. I think having the space and time to discuss and reflect with the other people on the course has particularly helped me to frame the content in my mind and work out how best to implement it.

I felt the pace of the course was right - good time for reflection and understanding how the concepts we discussed could be applied in our own situations. Paul ensured that everyone in the class was heard throughout the two days.
