Good day, nice pace. Used experiences from group well. Felt inclusive rather than dicatorial

Paul was good at involving everyone and really listened to our answers

It's early days with the process but I have felt gently encouraged to participate. All participants were respectful, supportive and had incredibly valuable insight into the challenges faced in leadership. The tutor was relaxed and encouraging and, crucially, established a two way conversation about the topic.

I am enjoying this course very much and it is stretching my skills and knowledge

There is a lot to take in but it's very useful information. I feel like I can make a difference.

I think I was already aware of what Paul covered - and it is useful to remind myself of what these things are and make an effort to try them. Great to have learned something new e.g. emotions wheel.

overall it was informative session. Unfortunately the internet connection was interrupted and caused boredom

It was very good opportunity for learning and apply some tool for wellbeing and relief from stress and good experiences from every participant in daily life.

Perhaps something more formal like a report which tells you what you should do? I like the it was lead by me, but would also appreciate some more suggestions/ directions
