I attended the first session half an hour late due to connection problems. Happy contacted me and offered to take the training again. I accepted and this was very thoughtful of Happy Team. Sal the trainer on second session was very good and made us enjoy and play part of the training.

Excellent facilitator. Very patient and explained each step of the training in detail as well as included us learners throughout each step of the course.

I'm not in the situation where productivity is an issue - my inbox and meeting schedule is all just stuff I'm setting up so much of the content wasn't relevant to me however, it may be in the future so it was great to see how other people reacted to it and to go into break outs and discuss. I would definitely recommend this course to people feeling overwhelmed by meetings/inbox.

Adele was flexible and agile with her delivery, she responded well to all our queries and was happy to accommodate my additional needs.

Excellent course, I learned a great deal of new things I will try out going forward, including a couple that I have already set up and a couple that will be immediately useful for a piece of work next week. The way the online facilities were used seemed to turn the remote nature of the course into an advantage which impressed me.

I now have a really good understanding of creating pivot tables. I just need to keep practising. Very enjoyable! Learning online went much better that one could possibly imagine! Keeps you on your toes and you learn more. #waytolearn
