I thought the course was really good, with a nice mix of explanations by the facilitator and conversations amongst the attendees. With a lot of useful tools for us to put into practice in our jobs.

I thought this course was very useful, it has broadened my thinking on the various aspects of management and the way you can tackle working situations in general. It has helped build my confidence on providing feedback, setting targets and has taught me useful tools such as coaching which I am looking forward to using at work. Thank you Ben!

I thought today's courses were excellent. Although I have been using Excel for my work for some time it was very useful to start with the 'Excel Essentials' course as this covered some functions which I wasn't aware of and which will be very useful. Ebe's training was first-class - many thanks!

Ben was very open and friendly and explained things in an easy to understand way. I liked the mixture of activities - sometimes writing things, sometimes watching things, sometimes in groups of 2 or 4, sometimes reflecting as a whole. It felt like there was a real variation in material and I left with some good tools to move forward with. It was also nice to get a confidence boost of hearing things that I'd either been doing already or other people have also experienced.

I think this is the best course I have attended in a long time. Sometimes courses on webex can be dry and I find myself zoning out. This was the opposite. Very interactive and engaging. I liked the breakout rooms, haven't used those before. Was great to meet people from all different careers and organisations.

Another great session, Stephen paces it brilliantly and includes everyone throughout the day. It feels like a safe space to share ideas and I believe it is making us closer as a team.

What a brilliant introduction to project management training! The course provided a useful overview of project management, whilst delving into areas with examples and tasks. Having an interactive element to the training made it really easy to stay engaged and relate the course content to my projects and role. With tools to takeaway, I already feel ready to implement what I've learnt.
