Great session today, I took a lot from the presentation by Luke Kyle. I found it very inspiring and full of practical and relatable elements

Really helpful today For Portfolio day, I'd find some time to work on plans / scaffolds for the assignments like we did previously - found this made the write up much quicker.

Todays session was really great. It gave me the tools to directly deal with challenging conversation and the resource to share this with others members of the team. The guest speaker was also very inspiring and gave some great examples of how to become a progressive organisation.

We do cover a huge amount. I found the practical sections really enjoyable and a wider added value of the sessions.

Ebeji was fantastic, she quickly picked up the needs of the group and was able to provide stretch for those who were finding it easy and support for those struggling. She was engaging and her pace was really good!

Demonstrations were very clear, regular check-ins with us to see how we were digesting the information. Good pace and offered help to individuals when needed. Catering to the different levels of ability on the call. Good amount of breaks especially with extended screen time. Although have used excel a lot in previous roles was good to confirm knowledge and remember or learn new ways of working.

Really interesting and helpful. Great to share views with people from other parts of the organisation. Lots of practical applications that I can see myself using on a daily basis.

I really enjoyed the session, the pace was right, the break out sessions and level of sharing was good. Good amount of reflections balanced with theory/evidence. Felt like I came away with practical tools I could use to become a better leader.

Nicky did a fantastic job at encouraging discussions and people feeling comfortable enough to draw on real life events. By using a number of different mediums she helped keep everyone engaged and interacting within the session.

The course was very helpful both to refresh my knowledge and to learn more about Excel. The trainer was brilliant, very knowledgeable, clear and friendly.
