Paul was very lovely at making everyone feel comfortable in sharing ideas. It felt very much like an open discussion as opposed to just receiving information. We were also given the opportunity to put the new listening skill into practise which was nice to try and experience.

Overall, the two days went really well. Serena was clear and easy to follow, she explained things really well and gave context to everything we were doing. She also went through some of our real data we use and helped us with very specific challenges
