These were three really interesting and well run sessions. I have found them really useful and enjoyable. Rachel Worrall was excellent and made everyone feel involved and comfortable in sharing thoughts and opinions.

I really enjoyed the session, it was informative and thought-provoking. A really good balance of presenter speaking, break-out rooms and group discussion. I like the interactive nature, it got me thinking about how I can work differently and approach situations in more effective ways.

I really enjoyed the training session - I felt that the training itself was well delivered and had lots of different styles of engagement. The content was interesting and provided practical examples of tools to use back at work.

Really well paced course with plenty of breaks, and interaction. Covered lots of interesting topics around softer skills - how to approach conversations with people sensitively. It's useful to have frameworks to refer to. Anything not covered may well be in Day 2 (I would also like some more concrete topics such as frameworks for appraisals, best practice and processes).

Nicky was a great host and created a safe environment for people to explore. Lots of interaction and I learnt some great things to take away. I am excited for day 2 more around boundaries.

An interesting and insightful presentation and training from Daphne, gained some helpful tricks and knowledge about Google sheets and will definitely utilise those aspects within my work.
