Really great

I am happy with the course. I was not sure what to expect (per say) but I think it was very informative and reflective on how we communicate with people, before we look at how other people communicate with us. I like the two trainers we got.

The facilitator was very helpful and encouraging, he slowed down when participants asked and explained everything in detail.

Edmund is very nice, explains really well and it was a pleasure to follow his lecture

Paul is a wee darling. Poor soul was stuck for words at one point this afternoon but he is a great sport.

I am enjoying this course, revisiting things I have used and learning new tips, process

I really enjoy the online model of learning. Far more inclusive than classroom based.
