Todays session was really great. It gave me the tools to directly deal with challenging conversation and the resource to share this with others members of the team. The guest speaker was also very inspiring and gave some great examples of how to become a progressive organisation.

I really enjoyed the session, the pace was right, the break out sessions and level of sharing was good. Good amount of reflections balanced with theory/evidence. Felt like I came away with practical tools I could use to become a better leader.
