Really engaging and helpful course

Great learning experience. Got through lots of content very quickly and efficiently.

Trainer was very thorough and great at explaining everything

Fantastic instructor; really digestible information. Everything was explained clearly and concisely, with great visual demonstrations. She remained calm and patient all the way through; always more than happy to help and explain some concepts again.

Quite fast paced but ensured everyone was able to do everything so very good overall

I really love this training session, because it was fully adapted to our needs and wishes, the content was more than complete, with some extras. i learned a lot, and will use that new knowledge now.

I really enjoyed the course it was interesting to evaluate self confidence and think about it in more depth. i will use the skills learnt in the course in the future and will try and think more positively.

I think I knew a lot of the tools already (thanks to going through the Happy interview process where Henry went through it all) but I think we went a little deeper and it was really great to be able to see the way that it can be slow and calm without getting boring.
