brilliant final session pulling all the strands from the previous days together.

Paul has been a superb facilitator. He engages everyone equally and is very supportive of concerns, problems and ideas.

Paul is really skilled at being inclusive of all yet maintaining boundaries. Clear yet kind. The pace is good for reflection and "thinking time" needed. There is no hierarchy which puts you at ease to speak with honesty and truth

Self awareness is probably the biggest take home from this course for me but it is the foundation of change; positive or negative and I will continue to work with my strengths and empower others in my team to do so as well.

Really great training. Natalie was kind, a good listener and really took the time to shape the course around the group's needs and preferences. I've taken loads away from the day and would highly recommend to others.

Facilitator engaged well with everyone and brought them in to the discussion. Session as a whole was well paced and met a range of level of needs.

Love the course so far, I feel like I've taken away alot from session one. I really like the office building- it is just a lovely environment to be in. The icecream was the cherry on top :)

Was a 1-2-1 session due to numbers so was able to share my screen and work very closely with the trainer which was good.

I found the training really using. The facilitator was engaging which made it better to grasp the information.
