I think it was a really good balance of content, having time to listen and engaging with others. It was great to mix with other colleagues we have not met with before and from different sectors. I think it was also a good balance of breaks, the day flew by which was good as sometimes courses can feel a bit of a drag but this was great. Rachael was very lovely, understanding and had great ideas!

Patrick was superb, we had a plan but in the end, it was better suited to ask what our needs were. Therefore, we adjusted the three sessions accordingly to our work. This was so much better. Both of us were using WordPress in different ways therefore, it was difficult for the facilitator, but he was excellent.

This is one of those courses that you don't want to complete mainly because there is huge enjoyment derived from the learning that is taking place. This course has not only enhanced my knowledge in leadership and management but has also challenged me in many ways on how to set out and improve it. The material was really helpful and Nicky was absolutely phenomenal in delivering this course. I would do this course again.

I really enjoyed the session on the 14th December, 2021. I found the break out rooms really supportive and the other learners engaging. I enjoyed engaging with the facilitators and drawing on their knowledge and applications of aspects of self awareness.

It was a great session overall. very adapted to our needs and beyond. It was conducted in a very structured way, surprising, self and team reflecting. Very much emphatic connection between Mike nd everyone in the room, individually and as team, so that everyone felt part of the exercises. It was a great and challenging experience.
