I found the course really helpful and also enjoyed taking it remotely. I thought our instructor Gill paced the lesson well when there were a range of abilities. I did want to know more about adding a third 'IF' function but we were not able to fit it in.

Enjoyable and useful course. Pat is a great trainer and strikes a good balance of being open, funny and helpful with sharing detailed information which is quite complex (for some participants).

Really enjoyed the training. The course covered a wide scope of topics and features related to Outlook, including its features but also healthy and efficient use of email in general, which made the course feel really thorough and relatable!
