Massively raised my confidence using excel in a working environment

it was enlightening - alot to take in on the first day but encouraging that the support will be there and i'm sure all will be well the team are great and we are all in the same/similar starting point so will draw encouragement from each other

Todays training was very helpful and highly recommended. Jerome covered key areas that we do not normally take note of when taking minutes. He also recommended a couple of videos and books that provide extra bit of insight and knowledge which I will be recommending to other people.
