Very interactive course. Friendly, supportive and engaging facilitator. Provided some great overall advice about being the best you can be at work.

Surprised of how productive the training was and how efficient it felt. I was impressed with my course worker Suzi as I have done many staff training/e learning for various different jobs in different sectors and this was by far the most interesting and useful.

Very thorough sessions with lots of valuable information and skills progresion opportunities provided by Suzi, which has really been of great help, knowledge-wise and practically speaking, both for my leadership role in the day to day working environment and as a team member generally and implementation of which has resulted in improved team working and relationships. Our ILM cohort have been given a variety of reading requirements,work scenarios and exercises, both via group and individual work, allowing us to discuss, reflect and progress in our learning in transformative ways.

I do enjoy the course - it is fit for purpose , a right balance between theory and practice . All the modules are connected to day to day management issues .

Really enjoyed it. Was nervous about the amount of participation but actually surprised myself with how much I wanted to contribute. Room was too hot though!

I found this first session of great benefit. A highlight for me is the facilitated reflection that would be almost impossible to achieve otherwise.

I thought this was a great course. I really enjoy training and know I’m receptive to learning in an environment like this - I enjoyed it after a long break sadly due to covid from face to face training. Very useful - psychological safety really resonates as key to create for happy teams and fostering a sense of belonging.
