Course was very reflective and helpful for my learning

Brilliant course, very interactive and excellent content.

The course leader was very welcoming and friendly and also very knowledgeable and experienced. The course covered the key topics I was interested in and I found it very valuable.

For a one hour taster it covered quite a lot.

It has been a beneficial training and I have learnt a lot. It has been useful to have a gap between training days to trial anything new and reflect on this the following training day. Paul Had an understanding of our company as a whole as well as the different sectors people were in within the organisation.

I think this course and Paul, were great. I’m new in my management role and now at the end of the two day course, I feel confident and ready to use my toolbox of learnings, skills and guidance and apply it in my day to day with my team.
