Very interesting content, no boring bits. Trainer had a good pace. Trainer was inclusive and well organised and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed the mindfulness experience and value the discussion. Found the resources very helpful, love the Mood Wheel. Will try some exercises with colleagues and recommend them to attend training in future.
