Real food for thought with regards to strategies that are really useful.

Very good and engaging tutor. Personally I would have preferred more time and repeating of the formulas as these were quite intricate but this may have been fine for others

Suzy is a lovely human, definitely happy (!!) and has a lovely, calming, patient way about her. A thoroughly enjoyable day!

Good and engaging course that allowed me to look at bit only how I want to manage people but also how I am being managed.

All in all, very good. I am confident in my leadership skills, however this course is laying out the separate aspects into areas to focus on and combine them wholly to become an effective leader. I have not thought about these different aspects on a singular level, example, how to create environments which employees feel valued in and then utilising their full potential.

Good today but has been a tiring few weeks due to getting the last assignment in.
