I was a nice interactive session where I came to know about other's experiences. I also shared my experience and I hope it comes good for the team. I liked the way I got answers to my questions.

These were three really interesting and well run sessions. I have found them really useful and enjoyable. Rachel Worrall was excellent and made everyone feel involved and comfortable in sharing thoughts and opinions.

Nicky was a great host and created a safe environment for people to explore. Lots of interaction and I learnt some great things to take away. I am excited for day 2 more around boundaries.

course met expectations

I really enjoyed the session, it was informative and thought-provoking. A really good balance of presenter speaking, break-out rooms and group discussion. I like the interactive nature, it got me thinking about how I can work differently and approach situations in more effective ways.
