Brilliant strategies! The Facilitator is great, very calm and made the training very interactive.

The session was very clear and it was good to practice scenario's via role play. Paul was very sensitive to situations and made sure he created a safe space where we were not asked to give personal/real examples, but were still able to speak openly and get good realistic feedback to things that concerned us. I liked the variety of learning we had; that storytelling task (with the witches) was so good! I found that the techniques and tools we learnt could be applied to lots of different situations, not jus work.

Maureen is brilliant, very knowledgable and makes you feel confident and that your opinions are valid.
