Loved that it was very interactive, lots of great bits of practical advice too. Really great we got an hour and a half lunch so we could catch up on urgent work bits and also have a break, and good regular mini breaks inbetween. Content was great, thought-provoking and very useful in all areas of life, and facilitator was friendly and knowledgeable. Nice to have additional videos to watch, and good reflective practices built in.

I found both days very useful and would like to keep everyone from the course so that I can see how we all get on! I found day 1 harder but that may be because we were putting more things into practice and dealing with trickier subjects. (and that I have background work stress which probably made it harder to focus) Paul was a great facilitator and I really enjoyed meeting and learning from so many interesting people.

I really enjoyed the course. The number of topics covered were manageable and relevant, and gave a brilliant foundation for further learning and exploration. The course provided assurance that I am actually doing the right thing as a new manager - that management isn't a mysterious skill that has to be learned from scratch, but is something I'm already doing (including some elements I'm doing quite well, alongside others where I can see tangible improvements to make).

I'm leaving this course feeling a lot more confident with using google sheets. The trainer was really engaging and kept the sessions interesting and easy to follow. Perhaps in the future it could be good to ask people to share their screens to make it slightly more interactive. But overall a great course!
