Kevin is a very enthusiastic trainer, you can tell he enjoys the subject and made the session fun. The exercises were very useful to do and when I didn't get them correct Kevin took the time to explain them to me so I completely understood. I have learnt so much today that will be very useful. Lovely trainers very good at teaching at a comfortable pace. i really benefitted from today. we were very well looked after, plenty of breaks plenty tea,coffee and snacks. nice lunch and ice cream in the afternoon! overall a really good day.
