I felt engaged and interested in the content of today's session. Considering motivation and competency felt an achievable strategy from which to consider role delegation within my team and caused me to question how this might look in practice. I felt able to raise questions with Paul as well as the group to clarify my thinking on the subject.

The course was really useful as I hadn't used Visio before so I have learnt lots of things that I will take away to use for mapping our processes as this is a big task we will be doing soon to ensure resources are used in the best possible way.

I feel like the session would have been better over 2 or more days, to give slightly more time to delve deeper into some of the topics
