Really good training, learning something new each time. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to start a Management Apprenticeship.

Great first day, I can definitely see potential applications in my day to day work.

I thought the facilitator's enthusiasm was infectious, the structure was paced well but I thought it was a bit too regimented and perhaps some of the ordering could be changed. I would definitely recommend it to colleagues and others especially those who are planning big events and conferences. Making the groups a bit more random was great too as it gave you opportunities to catch-up with others, but allowing a bit of extra time, maybe 1 minute extra maximum per each breakout session for brief pleasantries would be helpful if the groups are going to be random. You wouldn't always need that if the group was with the same people or people who you had caught up with already across the whole session.

Really enjoyed all of the group exercises this week and the fact that we picked up some easy to understand and implement strategies.

Mike was amazing. Clean and concise. Shared years of knowledge with us ,which I will certainly use in the near future .

The introductory course was very informative and engaging.

Brilliant course and tutor. Everything was clearly explained and I was able to keep up with the course. It was interactive and I was able to ask questions which were all answered clearly with confidence.
