The content of the course was great but it was a little hard to follow - especially when we were expected to watch someone else's screen and mirror on one laptop, which meant often missing small things and having to ask trainer to repeat

Good day but does require a lot of concentration but probably more of a reflection of fatique from operational NHS pressures

I am a trained practicing coach so the morning was not the best use of my time

Training far too fast, no time to watch and then practice. When practising miss out on instruction. Trainer at times extremely insultimg when it took time to cotton onto things

Great course with lots of ideas to take forward. Good pace that allowed everyone to take part, although a small group which are more beneficial to being able to be more involved.

Trainer was extremely patient and very clear when showing us how to do actions

Good pace and structure to the session. Tailored to our needs and abilities.

This was a good course where I actually came away with ideas to try and implement, rather than just theory and knowledge about things.

Very useful structure to make us think about leadership
