Like hearing how other learners on the course had changed their practices-particularly like the rose & thorn approach at the start of the meeting have already spoken with my manager about pushing for feedback rather than waiting to receive it.

Excellent session. Personally would have found it more engaging face to face as a whole day virtual meeting feels a little long.
