Very well structured pitched at the right level and run at the right pace

Paul really listened and was very receptive. He had some brilliant advice and I feel so much more equipped in my daily work life to deal with conflicts and difficult conversations.

1 to 1 session was very useful, it feels like it could be followed with weekly mentoring, hence the 4 stars rather than 5 stars - think we got as much out the 90 minutes as we could. one topic not covered but the least important one. Very happy with how Paul ran the session

Very good, its difficult to keep people engaged in an online session for a whole day but lots of activities and discussion and real life examples helped

I felt I had a great introduction to project management, I felt the trainer Rachael did an amazing job at engaging with everyone and felt the regular breaks and breakouts were good at keeping you engaged and on task with the course.
