Paul was an excellent facilitator - he practiced what he preached and came across incredibly knowledgeable. The training was really interactive which was great. It was quite long, but that did allow a good pace and plenty of time for practical work.

I liked the calm nature of the facilitator with really clear instructions and good timekeeping. Explaining each section, allowing people to speak, making sure everyone was involved. Also good at answering questions and dealing with issues when a group member became emotional, or someone had a tech problem. Well paced. Took us through a clear structure, gave practical tips on how to implement this. We were also given time to reflect on what we had learnt and feed back.

A very stimulating course, but will require a lot of practice to embed the learning in order to apply the skills at work

Really positive course. Great facilitation & pace for the day. Good opportunity for reflection. Like the use of technology in breakouts & jam board. Materials look good and pitched at the right level for me. Not too onerous but enough to let ideas flourish. V happy with the day today - thanks!

Very good flow of topic and interactive sessions. I am always a little apprehensive about being interactive with people I haven't met but I really enjoyed it and it worked
