great thought provoking day seeing ideas in different ways positively and negative thinking about how to get the best out of everyone even those that don't want to !

I have learnt so much on this course from both a personal and professional view. It will be important for me to reflect back on the content to keep this in my mind moving forward and not to forget the new skills and knowledge that I have learnt.

I thoroughly enjoyed learning about Power BI and am excited to go back to work and be able to apply it. Serena was amazing, very patient, supportive and thorough throughout the course. She ensured that everyone on the course was on the same page and that no one was left behind.

Information was very clear and thorough, well paced. Trainer stopped regularly to ask how we were, if we had any questions.

The timing and pace was good as it was easy to follow. Edmund explained everything quite well and engaged participants with questions.

I thoroughly enjoyed the two days and learnt a lot which has given me more confidence with my role as a team leader. All the information was clear and explained and no question was ever wrong to ask and was explained.
