It was a great session. I came to it not knowing what to expect and am leaving learning many different techniques of having conversations.

I wish everyone in our department had an opportunity and desire to attend the course. Also feel curious about the rest of structures.

The pace of the training across both days was really good and a lot of content was covered but in a way which was really memorable and interactive.
