Found it a hard today. Did not feel the course content was as good as previously. Not sure why? Felt the pre-course material was not good especially the excel worksheet component

Facilitator was excellent, really engaging and patient, explained things well - i'm sure i will remember what she told us and also feel more confident to find my way around and try things out.

It was a great start for someone who has not used excel in over a decade - and that last experience was the MOS specialist courses taken at school. This was suited to my level and gave me a very good foundation to build on.

Really good course - lots of different activities, group size was good. Covered quite a few different topics, including ones I hadn't thought about, e.g. learning styles. Would have been good to cover topics such as unconscious bias in a little more depth.

I was added to the workshop list very late and not given much information. So I couldn't say whether it met or didn't meet my expectations. However I found dialogue was healthy and it was easy to participate as an active listener
