I really enjoyed this course. I think that for only a short day course, it really covered a lot of useful information, and helped me reflect on why I have struggled with being assertive and how I can be more assertive. It provided some really helpful tips as well as just being really interesting. I have ended the day feeling a lot more positive and hopefully this will help my self-confidence in the workplace and in general life. The facilitator was excellent and made it feel like a really calm, safe, positive space.
