I really enjoyed the Level three Excel training today, the Facilitator was excellent , very professional, efficient, very focussed, willing to help people who could not understand at first round . I liked the bit where everyone had to participate as this helps to stay focussed . I also enjoyed the course as it was so lively and engaging .Thank you Sal!

Kay was an incredible instructor. The training was interesting, fun, and we learnt almost effortlessly throughout the course. I feel we have been given the tools necessary to build on our knowledge as trainers. I also liked the positive energy of the course, the encouragement to think creatively and techniques to deal with difficult group scenarios. There was opportunity to reflect on and consolidate what we had learnt at every step of the way, and so much more.

The trainer was excellent, really good at explaining why certain activities were used and the benefits of using them as a Trainer. She divulged her secrets as a trainer that were really helpful. The whole course has enabled me to see how to deliver training in a completely different style, ensuring I use all the learning styles.
