A really good day which was delivered well. Very flexible to look at things that related to our work. Very interesting and learn't new stuff that I didn't know about.

Serena did a brilliant job of managing people moving at varying paces, she was very accommodating. The explanation about how the licences work was also really helpful.

Lots of quicker ways to do things and learned more ways to use Dynamics. I particularly liked the HR Dynamics section to set activities and objects like 1-1's for team members. Would recommend.
