I really enjoyed this course and managed to stay focussed throughout. At times found it a little difficult to carry out all the tasks as i only had the one screen to work from so got a little lost watching the demos. Besides this, coped well and managed to complete and try out most of the content. Sal was lovely, patient and thorough! Thank you Karen

Overall quite pleasantly surprised as I was thinking it might be too easy for me but I did learn a few new things so very happy and pleased. Pat was lovely also and very patient.

The course and content was well delivered at a steady pace and questions were welcomed, especially from those who were experiencing issues. We were the pilot region and I feel this course would have been really good had we had it earlier, as a lot of the content I already knew. However, with training you always learn something and the edit in excel was something I did not know about.
