Really liked this course and got a lot out of it. Some really good tips on how to manage difficult conversations in a variety of situations
Really good at answering the questions we had and using the questions that we had as teaching opportunities for everyone.
Really good session. Lots of practical techniques. Facilitator involved everyone in the discussion. Good to join with colleagues from different disciplines to get a wide range of scenarios.
