I absolutely enjoyed the session: it was perfectly paced, with right balance of (inter)active involvement and reflection time. Plenty of resources to refer back to and delve more deeply into the subject in our own time. By the end of the course I wish we could have stayed on, I felt very energised and lifted, the group was so lovely and supportive and Rachael did a wonderful job gently challenging us and allowing us to explore our own scenarios. I loved the many practical tips Rachael shared and also that came out of the mini exercises :)

I really enjoyed the course. I can sometimes struggle with social anxiety, so I felt some anxiety around potentially being put on the spot or having to improvise for this type of training. However, Rachael the Facilitator was so warm and respectful that I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and ideas without the worry of being judged. I didn't feel under pressure to give perfect responses and valued the warm and compassionate group setting we had today. I will definitely strive to model Rachael's calm and kind approach to challenging situations going forward. It was also extremely validating to know I'm not alone in my experiences and that there is always a way to figure things out and to ensure I give myself grace when I fall short or don't respond perfectly.
