Good - felt like a lot of 'getting to know' each other as leaders a bit more than I'd expected. Look forward to learning more, some tools or tactics and ideas etc

Gill was an excellent / patient and well qualified Instructor

I know alot about TA and paraphrasing, silence, reflection, open questions from counseling training so today was not so much suited to my training needs but was nice to see it is used in other types of training away from counselling.

Gill was very relaxed and engaging.

Overall, a good course. Perhaps too many models and tools. The pre course instructions for Gallup should be clearer

Really enjoyed the day however not enough explination/ reflection time felt very rushed

Sal was so lovely to work with and very patient and kind. She did not make me feel anxious and went at my own pace. I really appreciated having her as my trainer.
