This was a good course. It was very well facilitated and the Ben made it a very comfortable environment. I am not one to be put on the spot for practicing techniques but the breakout rooms really helped in this instance.

This was a fantastic course - Rachael provided me with lots of useful tips and strategies to enable me to be more assertive in the work place. She was also very sensitive to those of a more introverted nature and did not pressure people to contribute.
